Rescue plan for a public event

A rescue plan shall be prepared for a public event where: 

  • it is estimated that at least 200 people will be present at the same time; open fire, fireworks or other pyrotechnical products or special effects as fire or explosive chemicals are being used
  • the evacuation arrangements at the venue differ from the usual; or the nature of the event poses a particular risk to people

The rescue plan must be submitted to the regional emergency authority at least 14 days before the beginning of the event.
